As a student, you do not have access to Xact support, but there is help to download in our videos that guide you through all the basic features of the system and of our range of courses.
In addition, most educational institutions have an internal support unit or an analysis group in the administration, which handles inquiries about user management or questions about the structure of your questionnaire. Some degree programs also hold courses in SurveyXact. Check with the administration of your degree program or investigate the available options via the educational institution’s website.
Yes
Just as you can assign access to other Xact users, an administrator permission can also be transferred from one user to another. Only the survey administrator/owner, or an organization manager, can change the administrator of a survey.
You follow almost the same procedure as illustrated under the Point ”Can I share a survey with a fellow student?“
Instead of being on the ”Surveys“ tab, you should be under the ”Users“ tab
Click on the three dots next to the relevant survey and select ”Change survey administrator“
In SurveyXact, you have access to share your surveys and reports with other students from the same educational institution you are affiliated with.

The GDPR that entered into force in May 2018 introduced a lot of new rules that it is important are followed.
For example, it is very important that you realize that your user in SurveyXact is personal and that others are not allowed to use it. If you want to share your survey with another student, you can find more information under Point 1. In addition, if a respondent so wishes, you must delete their personal data from your survey.
