Did you also answer yes to this question? Then you're in good company, because 90% of companies give exactly the same answer—and have done so for around 40 years! (Frieg & Hossiep, 2018)

Already in 2018 up to 90% of all companies in the DACH region (un)regularly conduct surveys of their employees (Frieg & Hossiep, 2018).

Employee surveys have become an established tool for many companies to promote employee satisfaction and retention while also improving the organizational climate.

Particularly in times of demographic change and increased competition for highly skilled employees, employer attractiveness is at the center of strategic corporate decisions.  

In order to be successful in an organization or company, it is necessary to have a in-depth understanding of the needs and perspectives of its users, customers, members, etc.

The questions should be seen as examples of what you can choose to ask customers about in a questionnaire.  

What’s the worst job you’ve ever had? 

Does the situation exist where the honest opinion of customers will not be an advantage to know when running a business or managing an organization?
